3 Packages of Chocolate Coconut Cake Mix
MAKES ONE 9-INCH ROUND CAKE OR 12 CUPCAKES
3 tbsp melted Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 2/3 cups Warm Water
• HEAT oven to 375° F
• STIR together melted coconut oil, water, maple syrup
• COMBINE with cake mix evenly in a large bowl
• OIL cake pan/cupcake tins
• BAKE 9-INCH CAKE on middle rack for 35-40 minutes. A toothpick stuck into the center should come out clean.
• BAKE CUPCAKES for 30-35 minutes
• COOL for 15 minutes before removing from baking pan/cupcake tins
• FROST or add your favorite toppings and ENJOY
• KEEP your leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days
