Chocolate Coconut Cake
MAKES ONE 9-INCH ROUND CAKE OR 13 CUPCAKES
2 cups of Water
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
2 tbsp melted Coconut Oil
• HEAT oven to 375° F
• STIR melted coconut oil, water, maple syrup, and cake mix evenly in a large bowl
• OIL cake pan/cupcake tins
• BAKE 9-INCH CAKE on middle rack for 35-40 minutes. A toothpick stuck into the center should come out clean.
• BAKE CUPCAKES for 30-35 minutes
• COOL for 15 minutes before removing from baking pan
• FROST or add your favorite toppings and ENJOY
• KEEP your leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days
